Scholarships mentioned below are awarded to the students by the Govt. of India and M.P. Government every year. Students are advised to take advantage of these by applying in time when applications are invited for the same.

The details of all kinds of scholarships along with last date of submitting applications are displayed on the notice board.

The fee payable is as follows *:

(i)   National Scholarship

National scholarship is provided @ Rs.120/- p.m. for day scholars and Rs.300/- p.m. for boarders for 12 months. Selection is made by Government of India in order of merit based on XII standard examination result.

(ii)  National Loan Scholarship

National loan scholarship is given @ 970/- per year for boarders and Rs. 900/- per year  for day scholars. Students securing 50% or more marks in the aggregate at XIIth standard with parental income up to Rs. 24000/- per annum excluding D.A. and city allowances etc., are eligible.

(iii) Merit Scholarship to the Children of Primary and Secondary School Teachers

This  scholarship is provided @ Rs. 100/- p.m. for day scholars and 125/- p.m. for boarders for 12 months. Students with parental income upto Rs. 25000/- per year are eligible.

(iv) Games & Sports Scholarship

This scholarship is provided @ 150/- p.m. for 10 months as per rules.

(v) Post Matric Scholarship

(a) For Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Students :

The scholarship of Rs. 190/- p.m. for the day scholars and Rs. 425/- p.m. for boarders is available. Students with parental income upto Rs. 50,920/- on 31st March every year are eligible. Scholars will be paid all the fee compulsorily payable but not refundable and tour charges upto Rs. 100/- per year. In case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, the scholarship is awarded according to prescribed rules of State Govt.

(b) For Other Backward Class Students :

The Scholarship of Rs. 100/- p.m. for the day scholars and Rs. 210/- p.m. for the boarders is available to those OBC students whose annual parental income is upto Rs. 12,000/- on 31st March, of the respective year.

i) Merit Scholarship

Merit scholarship of Rs. 125/- p.m. for 10 months is provided by State Government. Selection of award is made in order of merit from amongst students admitted to all Engineering Colleges in the State of M.P. securing 60% or more marks in the qualifying examination.

(ii) Merit-cum-Means Scholarship

The scholarship of Rs. 125/- p.m. for 10 months is available to students securing 55% or more marks in the qualifying examination and with parental income upto Rs. 24000/- per year.

(iii) Special Stipend to the Children of Dead Govt. Servants of M.P. State

An amount of Rs. 75/- p.m. for Degree and Post Graduate courses is given, provided the annual income of father/mother &  student from all sources is not more than Rs. 24000/- per year.
