Civil Engineering department- PAPER PRESENTED IN NATIONAL CONFERENCES / SYMPOSIA


Since last 25 years , the department has been helping the field engineers and Technical Teachers of other Engineering Colleges of the country through the conduction of ISTE seminars/Winder schools, Short Term and Refresher Courses , Continuing Education Programmes etc. In last five years the Department has conducted following ISTE Winter Schools

Computer Applications in surface and ground water hydrology-
     Prof. H.S. Mehta & Dr. G.C. Bajoria

Stochastic Hydrological Modelling : A Computer Oriented Approach.

In addition the Department is also conducting 3 Nos. Refresher Courses sponsored by CPHEEO , Ministry of Urban Affairs , New Delhi every year on following topics;

  1. Safety Measure in PHE Structures
  2. Low Cost Waste Water Treatment 
  3. Pumping Equipments & Their Maintenance 
In all more than 100 Courses have been organized by the department so far.
