Students were awarded for their Project Papers in Student Paper Competition at various Engineering colleges of the country. In the year 1999 one batch of Third Year Won Micro controller Kit in an All India Project Competition conducted by Motorola Inc. 

Faculty Members have won awards in academic excellence and are elected as Executive council Member of I.E. and IETE MP state center

Faculty member recognized and honored by AICTE/UGC/SICE, Japan/MHRD/Academic Institutions as Expert, Project Leader and Referee.

Ministry of Information & communication Technology, Govt. of India identified the Department for VLSI Design Project and Institution as a Participatory Institution (PI).

Faculty members of the department have taken training on VLSI design at various Institutes such as IITs, ITSc and CEERI Pilani.
