About Faculty: Dr. Gireesh Gaurav Soni is working as Associate Professor in the Dept. of Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (prev.at Dept. of Applied Physics & Optoelectronics) at Shri G.S. Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS), Indore, MP. He obtained his M.Sc. in Electronics from Institute of Electronics, Barkatullah University, Bhopal, M.Tech.(Optoelectronics) from SGSITS, Indore and Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from NIT, Surat. His research interest includes Optical wireless/Free space links under various atmospheric conditions, Optical communication and Optical Networks He has supervised more than 22 PG students for their projects and published more than 25 peer reviewed journal and conference papers.
