Security measures have been integrated into the design, implementation, and ongoing practices of the entire Institute operating environment as part of its continuing commitment to risk management.

Content Archival Mechanism is in place to ensure that all outdated website URLs and documents are to be removed from the website or moved to archive. This will help in ensuring the Institute, that the expired contents are removed from the portal or available in archival section. Archival Policy as enlisted below:

• All Announcement/Notices and Recruitment discontinued will be archived.
• Every three months website contents audit will be done under guidance of Webmaster and he/she will certified the website and give the assurance that the portal is updated and his/her report should be submit to Director.

It has been built, with an aim, to provide maximum accessibility and usability to its visitors. As a result this Portal can be viewed from a variety of devices such as Desktop / Laptop computers, web-enabled mobile devices; etc..

This Portal is designed using HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0, Bootstrap 4.0 transitional to meet Guidelines for Indian Government Websites. External Websites are maintained by the respective departments who are responsible for making these sites accessible.

IT Department of the Institute monitors the Institute website every month to address and fix the broken links (if any). IT Department of the Institute ensures that the website is free from any broken links by checking the website through a software.
